ARCx to RouteMesh
A registration process for ARCX holders interested in receiving information about a potential future RouteMesh-related arrangement.
Background
ARCx launched in 2020 as a token-governed DAO project. In 2021, ARCX was launched as a governance token. By 2022, the project was still evaluating product direction and product-market fit. At that time, ARCx offered USDC redemptions to holders who preferred to exit.
For holders who chose to remain, no future direction was provided while the team continued to evaluate the appropriate operating focus.
Situation
Over the subsequent years, the team pivoted to building RouteMesh, an RPC aggregation platform designed to address reliable RPC access through customer conversations.
We recognize that some ARCX holders remained engaged through that period. We are therefore beginning a process to identify and communicate with holders who may be interested in a potential future arrangement connected to RouteMesh Inc.
Registration of Interest
We are opening a 45-day registration-of-interest period for ARCX holders.
The purpose of this process is to help us determine the relevant holder base, verify wallet ownership, assess legal and operational feasibility, and evaluate potential structures for eligible participants.
To register, holders will be asked to provide:
Email address
Full legal name
Legal entity (if applicable)
Country of residence/nationality
Wallet address or addresses associated with ARCX holdings
Registration will close on August 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Holders with ARCX held through staking contracts, including holders of $KERMAN or other relevant staking positions, should include the wallet address associated with those positions.

Verification of wallet ownership and holdings
Eligibility criteria and exclusions
Legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, and jurisdictional requirements
The structure and terms of any proposed vehicle or arrangement
Execution of definitive documentation
Internal approvals and operational feasibility
We may determine that no transaction is feasible, or that any potential arrangement is available only to certain eligible holders, jurisdictions, or categories of holders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this process at any time.

Building through uncertainty requires patience, conviction, and a willingness to keep moving when the path is not yet fully clear. We are grateful to everyone who remained engaged with ARCx through that period and to those who have continued to follow the team’s work as it evolved.
RouteMesh represents the next chapter of that work: a focused effort to build reliable infrastructure for an increasingly onchain world. We are proud of the progress made so far and optimistic about what may be possible ahead.
This registration process is the first step in understanding how we may be able to recognize and engage the ARCx holder community in that next chapter. Once the registration period has closed and we have completed the necessary review, we will provide updates via email on any potential next steps.
